How do I download a chart?

Open it in Create, press Publish, and choose PNG under Files. PNG is on every plan; SVG, which stays sharp at any size and opens in a design tool, comes with PLUS. Every download carries the source and the year of the data on it. There is no CSV download of an artifact: the figures behind it are on Data and in Explore.

Can I put a chart on my own site?

Yes. Publish it, then copy the embed code from the Publish step. It is an iframe that draws the live artifact, without GeoLens navigation or cookies, and a published chart's link unfurls with its own image when you paste it into a social feed or a chat.

How much can I keep?

A chart saves itself to Projects the moment you start one. Free keeps 10 pieces of work, PLUS 100 and PRO 1,000. The limit is on keeping, not on making: at the limit you can still build, edit and download everything you have, and nothing is deleted when a plan ends.

Where does the data come from?

From the publishers themselves: World Bank, IMF, Eurostat and more, fetched directly and refreshed on their own schedules. Data lists every source with how it is fetched and when it last updated, and every indicator's own page names its source and unit. GeoLens does not adjust or estimate figures; a gap in the source is a gap here.

How do I change my email, download my data or delete my account?

All three are on your Account, under Profile and Export or delete. Changing the address sends a confirmation link to the new one. Download gives you one JSON file with everything the account holds. Delete is immediate and permanent: published links stop resolving the same minute, and a paid plan is cancelled with it.
